Vanilla & Blueberry Protein Pancakes

You’ll need the following to make X1 Sal Serving (NB This is a portion I would consume, please edit the portion to your dietary needs):

  • X2 eggs
  • X2 egg whites
  • 100g greek yoghurt (50g for the mix, 50g on top!)
  • X1 serving SIS protein shake (I use vanilla)
  • X1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • Coconut oil to fry (less than X1 tsp)
  • 75g blueberries to serve
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. heat a pan on medium heat
  3. EAT
