Smoked Kippers – Florentine Style Recipe

You’ll need the following to make X1 Sal Serving (NB This is a portion I would consume, please edit the portion to your dietary needs):

  • X1 egg
  • X1 kipper (smoked)
  • Handful of Spinach
  • Sourdough or rye bread
  1. Poach the egg in a sauce pan of boiling water
  2. Grill the kipper for 7 minutes
  3. Steam a handful of spinach
  4. Pile toast with the spinach, kippers and eggs, (no need for butter)
