Minced (Beef) Rice

You’ll need the following to make X1 Sal Serving (NB This is a portion I would consume, please edit the portion to your dietary needs): 200g Lean Mince Beef 250g Basmati Rice (cooked) 100g Tenderstem Broccoli 100g Sweetcorn Salt and coarse black pepper to taste Worcester Sauce or Tabasco Steam…

You’ll need the following to make X1 Sal Serving (NB This is a portion I would consume, please edit the portion to your dietary needs):

  • 200g Lean Mince Beef
  • 250g Basmati Rice (cooked)
  • 100g Tenderstem Broccoli
  • 100g Sweetcorn
  • Salt and coarse black pepper to taste
  • Worcester Sauce or Tabasco
  1. Steam the broccoli for 15 minutes
  2. Brown the mince (no oil)
  3. Once the mince is slightly pink add the sweet corn
  4. Cut the now steamed broccoli into 1-2cm strips
  5. Microwave the rice for 2 minutes
  6. Serve the mince, corn and broccoli onto the hot rice
  7. Add tabasco or worchester sause liberally
