Cuban Chilli Rice Ala Sal

You’ll need the following to make X1 Sal Serving (NB This is a portion I would consume, please edit the portion to your dietary needs):

  • Napolina – Cannellini Beans, 120 g
  • Mountain Rose – Organic Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp
  • Bananas – Raw, 60 g
  • Eggs – Whole, raw, 3 medium
  • Rice (cooked) – 250g
  • Rapeseed Oil (omega 3), 9 ml
  • Heinz – Ketchup, 30 g
  • Paprica – .25 tsp
  • Cheyenne Pepper – .5 tsp
  • TBS tinned spinach
  1. Fry the banana in the rapeseed oil until brown and caramelised (then set aside)
  2. Heat a large pan and add the cooked rice, spinach, beans and spices, heat until piping hot
  3. While heating the rice, dry fry two eggs.
  4. Serve onto a plate and place the caramelised banana on top along with the eggs and chia seeds
  5. Add Sriracha chilli sauce to taste (but beware the dish is already very spicy
