Bolognese pasta

(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

250g Extra lean steak mince

1 Onion

1 Glove of Garlic

100g Green beans

1 Handful of Spinach

200g or half a can of Chopped Tomatoes

200g Wholemeal Pasta

 

  1. Chop onions and green bean into small pieces and crush garlic
  2. Fry onions, garlic and mince until the mince is brown
  3. Once mince is brown drain any excess liquid in pan
  4. Add chopped tomatoes,and green beans
  5. Simmer for about 5-10 mins
  6. Add spinach and season with salt and pepper, simmer for a further couple of minutes.
  7. In the meantime, boil pasta, drain when cooked.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
